  • How do I choose the right auto body and collision repair shop?

Selecting an auto body shop that makes you comfortable is important. Apart from qualities such s sincerity, competence, and honesty, some other points to consider are:

    • Do they offer warranties?
    • How many years of experience do they have?
    • Do they provide customer satisfaction?
    • Have they explained their repair process?
    • Can I verify their claims with someone who has done business with them in the past?
  • What do I do if my insurance company does not work with the shop of my choice?

An insurance company is law-bound to not refuse your request. They must negotiate with the shop you choose. It is both in parties interest that you get your vehicle repaired as quickly as possible.

  • What do you mean by an auto body estimate?

Based on the visible damage to your vehicle, a quote of the approximate repair costs will be provided. The body shop estimator and the insurance appraiser are normally both qualified to assess collision damage on a vehicle.

  • Will I have to obtain more than one estimate?

No. There are no rules that require you to get more than one estimate from an auto body repair shop.

  • Am I required to schedule an appointment for an estimate?

While it is not necessary to make an appointment, it is always encouraged. This ensures that the estimator is able to provide all the time and attention that you need.

  • Will you work with my insurance company?

Yes. If an insurance company is involved, our staff will communicate with the insurance company and expedite your claim process. We work with different insurance companies and understand their procedures.

  • How can I pay for the auto body repairs?

We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, debit cards, personal checks, insurance checks, cash, money orders, certified bank checks, and cashier's checks. A deductible pay must be paid at the time of delivery.

  • Do I have to pay my deductible?

Yes. As the customer, it will be your responsibility to pay the deductible charge when you pick up your car. "Burying the deductible" constitutes fraud against the insurance company and is illegal.

  • What is the duration of the repair process?

It depends on the nature of the damage that your vehicle has endured. When you schedule an appointment for an estimate, you will also receive an approximate date of completion.

  • What type of parts will be used on my vehicle?

Depending on the decision made by you and your insurance company, four types of parts may be used:

    • Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) – Brand New
    • Like, Kind and Quality (LKQ) – Used
    • Aftermarket – Non-OEM – Certified Replacement – Generic
    • Remanufactured – OEM repaired parts
  • Will your paint match my car?

Yes. Our professionals can reproduce the finish on your car. We use high-quality paint from PPG Paints for all our services.

  • Can you help me with my rental car needs?

Yes. At the time of your auto body repairs estimate, let us know if you need to make rental car arrangements and we'll help you out.

  • What should I do first, if I am in an auto accident?

If your vehicle is drivable, contact us for an estimate. If not, call us and we'll provide the necessary towing services.
